I was blown away by the outstanding service shown by Drummers. Delivery was on time, and after finding out that the flowers were unable to be delivered (due to my personal scheduling conflict), they offered to deliver another bouquet at a later date. I ordered it for my bf’s graduation ceremony from Japan. I requested a lot of things like bouquet style, address change request, and so on. They replied really quickly and politely. I really appreciate their kindness. The bouquet was also amazing. We love it so much. Thank you.

My daughter loved the Designer's Choice flowers that were sent to her. I asked that they be delivered within a certain time frame and they were able to do that for me! This is the second time that I've ordered from Drummers and have been happy both times. Not living in the area I'm always a little unsure what I'll get delivered when I order online, but not when using Drummers!

We sent this arrangement to dear friends for the loss of their sweet mom. The arrangement was beautiful. We thought it was better than the photo. Thank you for your attention to detail. Also, ordering online was very user friendly.
